As we did not increase our prices for the last 2 years due to Covid and the impact it was having on our customers, the FY23/24 fee structure has had a modest uplift to meet current economic inflationary conditions. This increase allows us to continue to provide you with world-class service, absorb supplier cost increases and pay our amazing team fairly in a competitive marketplace.
